Only include a credit card on the balance sheet when you are actually using it:
If the credit card has a maximum spending limit of €2,000, and you have not used any of that credit, there is typically no need to include it as a liability on the balance sheet. The balance sheet reflects the financial position of a business at a specific point in time, and liabilities are recorded when there are actual debts or obligations.
