  • delivery - French are demanding concerning delivery of product which has to be convenient, fast and reliable - with preference for home delivery (83%), followed by shipping to a pick-up & go location (66%) and delivery in store (26%). The most trusted delivery options are La Poste (the most popular), Collissimo and Chronopost. Possibility of tracking goods is important for 87% of French.
  • payments - the most popular are: payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue), bank transfer and PayPal as well as virtual wallets e.g. PayLib and virtual card (e-Carte Bleue)

  • payments - the most popular are bank transfer through internet bank services e.g. mTransfer for mBank, payment platforms as PayPay, PayU, Przelewy24 and Dotpay, bank card but also cash on delivery (płatność za pobraniem)
  • quality, price and origin of the products is taken in account, with price still being one of the most important criterium, followed by trust for the brand
  • Polish are willing to pay more for a quality product, especially with additional benefits
