Wp-time-capsule (WordPress-plugin)

wp-time-capsule seems to be a backup plugin.

Case nl_nl - 2023.06

Something's weird about it:

• It does appear under wp-admin » plugins (but rebranded under the name of a reseller)
• It does appear under /wp-content/plugins and even has a uninstall.php file
• It doesn't appear when using wp plugin list
• Command wp plugin uninstall wp-time-capsule makes the prompt freeze
• I can manually remove the folder plugins/wp-maintenance-mode and its content - No errors occured.
