User accounts (WordPress)

I try to limit the number of admin accounts on a site, and that doesn't go by itself. Some impression of the various accounts and what they can and can't do:
Roles
There are a lot of different roles, and with certain plugins, you can create and fine tune additional roles.
I try to use only a couple of roles. Hierarchy, from most to least powerful:
Admin » Shop manager » Editor
An admin account can do everything: There is access to all things technical, as well as to all data.
Functionality | Admin | Shop manager | Editor |
---|---|---|---|
Install plugins | Yes | No | No |
Change WooCommerce settings, e.g., email addresses | Yes | No | No |
Overrule WordFence access denial | Yes | No | No |
Process orders | Yes | Yes | No |
Create, edit & delete posts | Yes | Yes | Yes |
