Advanced-cache.php (WordPress)

advanced-cache.php is a shared file, used by various plugins:

• Used by SiteGround Optimizer (SGO) [1]
• Probably used by wp-rocket as well, as the script on actual domains, contains lots of references to wp-rocket.

When WP Rocket is diabled, this file (advanced-cache.php) will be empty.
