Pip (Python)
(okt. 2018))
Pip is een Python package manager (of zoiets). Voorbeelden:
sudo pip install sqlalchemy # Installeer 2.7-versie van SQLAlchemy sudo pip3 install sqlalchemy # Installeer 3.x-versie van SQLAlchemy
Het werkt niet lekker:
- pip3 geeft een foutmelding icm. sudo
- Upgraden lukt niet
Voorbeeld foutmelding ivm. sudo:
sudo pip3 Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/pip3", line 9, in <module> from pip import main ImportError: cannot import name 'main'
Install Python3-version of packages
Ik heb zowel Pyton2 als Python3 geïnstalleerd. Standaard installeert Pip voor Python2. Kan dat ook anders?
Ja, en zelfs heel simpel:
sudo apt install python3-pip
Nu heb je een nieuw commando: pip3
.
Casus: Installatie spaCy (mrt. 2019)
pip install -U spacy
You are using pip version 18.1, however version 19.0.3 is available. You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
/usr/local/bin
in mijn geval)?

Zal wel hetzelfde zijn als voor pip.
